Very dirty, slides are closed off. Cat/dog πŸ’© on the sand. There were beer cans at the top of the play structure.

Lots of shade Picnic table , a kid's play area for toddlers and I will say all the way up to the age of fifteen plenty of shade basketball court dog park area with a baseball area lots of parking, no trash in the park, bathrooms are a little outdated and need to be remodel. But other than that , this park is a nice park.

Now that theres new development, the park is now lookin more clean to come to. The play ground still needs some more up keeping for my kids to play play on. If you walk up close to the play fround, the dirtier it is. Squaters like to leave there food and trash, but still a nice place to come and get your dog out the house and run around in that dog area.

Neighborhood Park - consistently patronized by families, groups, walkers, 4:20, pikachu, and dog owners. Amenities include: B-ball courts, tennis courts, enclosed dog park, updated children's area, horseshoe pits, many tables and BBQ grills, and two multi-user restrooms (run down, no doors on stalls, but cleaned routinely). P.G. players: there are two gyms and five poke stops. Frequented by homeless, but I haven't seen problems. Always wise to be aware of your surroundings. Because it's older, there are many large trees providing lots of shade 🌳🌳🌳
